I really recommend Nick to anyone with any computer problems. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He worked through the night to finish my pc. From mounting my GPU properly to pc optimization and monitor optimization. He really did an amazing job and I'm very happy playing games like COD warzone and apex legends.
I think it is a little expensive but very good service. I recommend it. 🙂
I brought my PC to Webfallout when I was no longer getting audio or video even when its fans and lights were powered on. They determined the issue was in my motherboard and then helped me upgrade it and other necessary components. Very helpful! Great service!
Nick was very fast and efficient. He was able to fix my laptop the same day with a time constraint, which was very much appreciated. He was also reasonable and understanding.
I called Nick and he got me in fast ! He set me up an account where we could communicate thoroughly. Nick let me know upfront what needed to be done and he did just that! Nick is very friendly and straightforward with his services. If you need any assistance with cracked screens i’d 100% recommend Nick!
Just because they say they can. Doesn't mean they should. Made a custom water loop for 1.5k.... Leaked first day. Went to Ballards Computers in Indianapolis and it was another 500 ripping out all Nick's terrible work. They reviewed my invoice and I was overcharged on parts. And the work.... Well the work speaks for itself. Leaked day one, i understood the potential problems of a custom loop. But day one? Did you even test it? Fans not properly fitted. GPU not plugged in properly. Reaked of burnt tobacco. Took over 2 months. Make the drive. Go anywhere else.
My hoverboard had plastic and debris inside of it and Nick fixed it right up! 5/5 stars.
I had a 1TB SSD on my personal PC which wouldn’t boot at all, and I was certain everything would be lost. Nick rebuilt the whole boot partition, and got it working fully again with no data loss in two days. Great work, and communicated throughout. Would highly recommend.
Amazing service. My computer wasn't working for a long time and apple was asking for around 1000 to give a completely new computer. Thankfully, he fixed it for around 400$. It's working like brand new and it looks amazing.

I didn't actually get the service so the rating is based on the consultation appointment. I'm in sale so I don't like it when someone try to sell me things when I first stepped in. My whole purpose to go there is to get my laptop fix. Before he actually looked at my laptop, already talked about how I can buy refurbish laptop from there. It is a huge turn off in my opinion. I was there to get my laptop fix, not to buy a laptop. Besides, if I was, I wouldn't consider to buy any electronic devices from unknown place.I went to another place for second opinion, got a straight forward answer that I need to send Microsoft laptop to Microsoft store because it's hard to fix it, they tried before on many clients but didn't succeed. I was happy with that answer. Went to Bestbuy right after and got another laptop !
I had an amazing service done by Webfallout. I did my own build but wanted a double check n some cable management. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was tidy, neat, and quiet. Within few days time at that. Deff will be using them again.Ty

Awful experience with the so called '5-Star reviews' Nick of Webfallout. Very rude and condescending. My laptop had a keyboard problem, we agreed the price to fix the problem will be between 100 to 180 dollars and it would take just a few days. 3 weeks later after keeping me in the dark about my laptop repair, Nick sends me an email invoice of 300 dollars?? I was like huh?? for a laptop worth 150 dollars. Why will I pay 300 dollars to fix an outdated laptop worth about 150 dollars??? how does that make any sense? His explanation was outrageous and condescending of course and threatened to send me to collections if i dont pay him. I won't be a victim of extortion. This is unfair and fraudulent. I will be sending a petition to BBB and contacting my lawyers or a small claims court. I won't recommend Nick or Webfallout to my worst enemy. it's a scam enterprise.
Highly recommend !! A couple of keys from my daughter’s Laptop came off and he fixed the problem within minutes. He DID NOT CHARGE US! Very professional !!
Best move I ever made taking my PC there. Trouble shot my issue and made the repair I needed at that time. Will definitely bring my PC back if needed in the future.
I had a great experience with Nick and wasn't actually a customer. I'm a amateur computer builder and was having a issue with my build not turning on or working. Nick kindly and quickly talked me through a few things and helped me troubleshoot which ultimately let me fix my own issue.If the fact that the Owner will help diagnose a issue from a cold call free of charge isn't enough to prove they are a good and trustworthy business I don't know what is.
Wow was this a great experience for me, Nick was hands down one the nicest person I had gotten in contact with when it came to getting help for my desktop. I told him my issues and he told me to come on in, it being past 3 PM I was thoroughly grateful. And I just want to say I’m blessed to have gotten my gaming rig back in only 4 hours, that was a turn around time I truly was not expecting. You went above and beyond when it came to helping me and I greatly appreciate that!
Nick was a wealth of knowledge. He was able to teach me about hosting. He is getting a website I have been paying for the last year to be up and running and not just a hyperlink to my LinkedIn profile. Next step is the online store he is creating as we speak.

Just had a budget gaming computer built for under a 1,000 dollars, Nick had it up and running within 3 days of order and I am greatlysatisfied with my build. I'm running fortnite at a constant 160 FPS, 280 Max. I highly recommend Webfallout for a custom build.
